Driving Access Forward in Every Sector

No disabled person should ever experience discriminatory treatment - and yet we all do. Disability ACED works with you to drive access forward in every sector, changing the landscape, and removing the barriers disabled people face every day.

Our Mission
Our Values

We are a constructive, accountable, and innovative organisation, keen to work collaboratively with partners to find creative solutions and make the practical changes necessary to improve access.

The Story Behind Disablity ACED

I founded Disability ACED to ensure that high-quality consultancy, education and development was available to organisations working with disabled people - whether as employees, customers, or service users.

My experiences of discrimination as a disabled person showed me that change needed to happen - and my background in organisational leadership and transformation, disability policy, and consultation across multiple sectors put me in the ideal place to support organisations in making that change.
