No disabled person should ever experience discriminatory treatment, and yet we all do.

I founded Disability ACED to change that. To ensure high-quality access consultancy, education, and delivery were available to organisations working with disabled people, whether as employees, customers, or service users.

My experiences of discrimination as a disabled person showed me the need for deep change. My background in organisational leadership and transformation, cultural strategy, and disability policy positioned me to support organisations to lead that change.

We’ve carried out access consultancy, education and delivery across a variety of sectors. Our work ranges from influencing large-scale events and town-centre redesigns to mentoring neurodivergent leaders, and we’re only getting started.

We are adaptive, curious, equity-centred and disabled-led. There is no substitute for a combination of lived experience and professional expertise.
